    At Airskape, we want your experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

    1. Shipping Regions

    We ship worldwide, with a focus on Canada and the United States.

    2. Fulfillment & Processing

    All our products are made-to-order through Printify, which means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

    Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after being placed, but this may vary depending on demand and product type.

    Because items are made-to-order, processing times are included in the estimated delivery window.

    3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are built into the price of each item.

    There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

    4. Delivery Times

    Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    Canada & USA: 7–15 business days

    Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

    Please note these are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

    5. Customs & Duties

    For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

    6. Tracking

    Tracking is provided automatically when available through Printify and Shopify.

    If tracking is not provided, your order will still be fulfilled and shipped, but we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates.

    7. Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at airskape@thegreathike.ca.

    We will work with Printify to file a claim and provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

    Please note: resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

    Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences.

    Damaged or defective items:

    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

    We will provide a free replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

    Please note:

    You don't need to return the item to us.

    Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
